What do I need and where can I buy

I bought a dog guard for my car but have no fittings in car to attach
It. Below are a few pics of what I have.
Could someone advise me what I need to fix it to the car?

You need the fixing holes that replace the blanks you have.. They bolt in the holes that you can see under the blanking plate thingymajigg
