Guys finally got some 17" fitted over the weekend. Have also got rid of the roof bars and generally given her a good clean. Let me know your thoughts and cheers to TDS for the rims :B_blite:

Indeed they are but I'm so proud. All I need to do now is put the correct size tyres on it and then set about lowering it. THe madness begins! :dunce:

You want to be more careful with your parking mate, either that or strengthen that towbar up... you've knocked a bollard down there.

I though about 225/40/17 but apparantly it's not a standard size so will have to drop down to a 35 profile. That basically gives me the same diameter as the original wheels. I have a slight problem with grazing the wheel arch liner (despite lots of cutting away) because I have gone up from a 205 to a 225 width. Loads more grip though :)

Andy roof bars have already gone, Audi mad mike had them a couple of months back.

Ali don't confuse may parking with your lol!

Got a very classical look - you can tell it's been very well looked after.

Volvo do a lock stop mod for vehicles not originally fitted with 17" rims, will dig it out if you think it would help.

I thought the original wheels looked best on the T5!

But your new wheels look GREAT..

Looks like you've had a respray or is that the sun?

Cheers mike, just the sun and a good old fashioned clean. Am well happy with the result ;-)

Engineer yes please if you can dig out the rack limiters. I went down to the local garage and asked for them but just got the standare plastic inserts that are riverted onto the a-arms. The car already has those so I think I've been had! Any info on rack limiters/stops greatfully recieved.

Cheers
