S60 rear seat belt jammed

Needed to use my centre rear seat belt today but it would not move , any ideas please. Peter

Hi peter, if it jammed because the upper button is missing then we offer them.

No I did read about undoing the botton fixing bolt ,so I pulled the belt at the bottom seat fixing and it released the belt of the top fixing.
