has anyone bought a cheap new turbo from ebay there is one there for 219 quid or am I best getting a genuine 16t second hand. some feed back would be good guys also how bad to fit what to look for .

when mines running right its fast enough with the 16t ,plus the 19t would be only better higher up I would rather have it lower down.

cant comment on that as mine has the kkk24 and pull strong from 2000 rpm to the limiter

Think you're best getting a genuine one then getting it re-coned and balanced so you know it's good, I don't trust those Chinese eBay ones for some reason??

am sure there are some on here that have bought new turbos from ebay the one am looking at is not Chinese its £249 not £219 it would cost me about £150 to get second hand one.

150k that's a tad on the high side for me dude I bet the actuator is well worn that's whats happened to mine and I have only done 94k but thanks anyway.

I have found a new turbo but am not sure it will work with my s60t5, the turbo is from a c70 and can be used on a 850r its a td04hl-16t 49189-01350 it has an angled flange just like mine can I use this .:wallbash:
