So I have fitted an rip kit. And has made a good difference to the spool up.

But the hose that connects to the turbo keeps blowing off. The connection hose to turbo is good. Its the hose to rip pipe that has gone.

Any ideas of how to make this seal better

Does the new pipe have a beaded edge for the rubber/silicone pipe to seat to?

Bigger jubilee clips will help, or some T-bar clamps.

if the does not have a bead edge and if its thin enough, malipulate the end of the tube with a pair of grips so its slightly flared, just so it gives the clips some purchase...

There is a slight ridge in the pipe. I get you now. The jubilee clip sits above that ridge.

I was going to get the pipe off and super glue it and put the jubilee clip back on. Glad I didn't.

I did read that hair spray helps boost pipe adherea a bit better without making a permanent bond.

I have a pipe beading tool - if you send me the offending pipework - I can make it seal better. T-bar clamps are better than jubilees.

Thanks for the offer dave. But currently I need it on the car as its my daily driver.

Im going to give it another go. Double up the jubilee clips. And see if that it better
