should be do'able and thats the start of me weeks holiday, just got to sort the car over easter weekend and we'll almost be there, apart from needing to find a couple of 17 inch rims to put some tyres on, so I don't wreck me dailys, as the 16's won't fit now the that brakes have been done, as numpty boy here bought the wrong alloys, serves me right for thinking there cheap and taking the description as v70 and not checking what they actually where....doh!:slap:

Trust me dont turn up too early as it will take them ages to dry the track from the overnight frost/dew.

neither mate track was perfect as was the air temp, it was getting better as the day went on, my excuse today was the map, not aggressive enough in 1st or 2nd, i put another map in and 1st go got 2 tenths off my best of the day

Was a perfect day for racing could of been a touch warmer lol, i had an eventful day no matter how i tried to feed the power in as soon as it came on boost was just losing traction need to make some adustments me thinks and invest in some tyres lol, also my starter motor half falling off in the fire up lane so i couldnt start my car and had to be bump started, thanks Frankie next time ill turn the ignition on to help you pmsl, also was only getting 10psi of boost on the last couple of runs no idea why but was sort off back on the way home but not proper and stuttering just a touch so new maf and plugs also on the card's :), anyway had another great day good to see all the usual faces and see you all at York for a beer :)

they have more surface area in contact with the road.

1st reason - the slicks were dirt cheap - I picked up 4 for 99 quid. They save my road tyres. Track temp is important. Those slicks picked up stones even when cold. I am gonna take both lots to York, feel it out & see what happens.

Nice of the fastest Volvo driver of the day, to let you have his map...rude of you to beat me with it...but worst was running your map and then finding, to my surprise, a rev limiter :uglyhamme and promptly fluffed my gear change or it could have been a different story...but you couldn't beat my time with my map, sure it will be a different story next time though
