Will the new Xenon S60 headlights swap straight over on to my 2002 model. Simple question , cheers!

They will physically fit but whether they come with all the bits to make the xenons work is another matter, then theirs the cost!

the xenons on ma car are automatic adjustment, is that the same for all volvos fitted with them?

thats true of all factory fit xenons/bi-xenons ,auto leveling and headlamp wash by law

As jazzy says yeah they all come like that as standard as they have to.
