Dodgy Door Handles P1 c70

when i first got the car the passenger handle wasnt great and got worse over time.... Now my drivers door one is going it irritating me lol
I guess its common? easy fix? any help would be much appreciated guys.

having issues to fella as my passenger door won't open from the outside now
went to open it and ping and nothing :(
i'm guessing something has worn and popped off

If i push the door in a bit with my knee and take the spring off the latch it opens fine same with the drivers door now... its as if something has tightened up,
$$$$ing irritating indeed.
