My 53 plate S60 2.0T was on the dyno at dynodaze today where on run 1 gave 177bhp and run 2 gave 179 which is perfect as these are 177 standard (mines standard bar a pipercross panel filter). However the not so good is the curve went very wiggly at the top end which in the experience of the guys there would be the MAF playing up.
Just wanted to see if anyone has come across this before

looks like you have bcs or wastegate issues there.

bcs? these have an internal wastegate though dont they so that would mean a new turbo? only done 74800 odd miles

Boost control solenoid mate not wastgate .the bcs controls the boost by the Ecu .

ah that would make sense. I will probably get a new MAF first as I suspect something may not be 100% with it as when I changed the air filter to the pipercross one I unplugged the MAF to allow me more room to move the lid out of the way and when I plugged it back in and started the car it really struggled to start. Started fine since and runs fine and the lot at dynodaze tend to run alot of VAG cars with the 1.8T and have seen similar wiggles caused by the N75 valve (which these dont have) or MAF and we know MAFs arent P2 strong points. Pus I can get a new MAF for just over £30 and I suspect a BCS may cost more

I can test anyway as going back to the dyno for a ford meet organised through my forum on 28th april

You should also get your actuator pressure checked & set.
