Only one wiper speed

Anyone had any issues where no matter what speed they select on the stalk the wipers stay the same speed?
Ive done the usual google search and it brings up wipers that won't stop on a v70 but that's it

Could be a faulty switch or perhaps the wipers have gone to a 'default' speed because of a fault. Sorry I can't be more specific here but it may help get some ideas going...

Could be down to a faulty relay.
