Problem with the cheap ones ( around the £5000 mark or less) is they need a lot of money spending on them if your fussy like me. Estoril blue is a beautiful colour. I paid £7500 for mine but have spent over £3000 getting up into tip top shape. Convertibles and saloons are not as popular as the coupes either.

I think where Volvo went wrong with the s/v70 was the front lights and grille, became to soft looking. Changing the 2005 c70 crystal lights and grille is a real improvement imo.

The ones he had where more sporty than that. The only issue I have with the P2 is the head wrest , they sit too far forward and your neck can get sore, I'm not the only one that thinks this.
I'm surprised your M3 isn't better than the typeR.
For comfort surely the volvos had to be better? I don't think there is a better seat, I've been in a few luxury cars now. I always find the German stuff to hard

Top Gear and 5th Gear have both just tested the new Focus ST with only 240 odd bhp and both said what let it down was massive amounts of torque steer and major under steer, so how can you say "without any fear of losing it". I'd hate to come up to a corner and end up going straight on instead of round it lol. Atleast with r.w.d. you have a chance of correcting it.

all fwd cars will understeer as will 4wd cars, i can control that at silly speeds round roundabouts and have much more confidence, they are much safer imo. and with rwd you have to be a bit of an expert to drive one on the edge quickly cos most people aint racing drivers

yeah at 22 only had my licence few years, that was my first ever rwd car and at 424bhp in a light 2wd sapphire cossie with no traction control it was way to much for a youngster to handle with no experience of rwd, now its different that was 15 years ago and i can properly drive now, i can drift i can do donuts, j-turns whatever, as a fast road car i still prefer fwd
