A Good Wash Makes the World of a Difference

Had 5 mins to spare when I finished work today so pinched some of the bosses mega expensive car wash product and gave her a well earned clean and I think she looks a million times better

I wash my T5 twice a week if I can and I've just started using this Carnauba Wash Wax solution from Aldi and it does a nice job too. Saying that, there's no substituion for a good coat of Meguire Carnauba Wax which I have recently applied a number of times in a short space of time and I'm keen to try their fully synthetic polymer wax, expensive but worth it apparantly! :D

Ive always found that clean cars go faster as well. I got up early to wash polish and hoover mine before work today.

Looking good geoff what is the expensive stuff you stol...borrowed from your boss?
I have recently bought some dodo Juice supernatural wax will give that a go when it warms up a bit (or just stops raining long enough)

I use Dodo Juice lime prime as a prewax cleanser. Smells lovely.

Cars looking great Geoff, will look even better lowered, just be careful with limo tint, iancho was pulled over this week and made to take his off the front side windows.

How aggresive is Lime prime Dave i have got that too and lime prime light and was going to try supernatural micro prime.

It sure does, this is mine after 1 coat of HD wax, will apply a couple more tomorrow, arm was aching after just one so gave up haha

It's not very aggressive at all. I've machined my C70 many times, and sometimes when I just want to spruce it up & stick some wax on, I use the lime prime on an mf pad just to bring it up - then stick the wax on. My fav wax is petes 53 signature wax, applied by hand (don't forget to remove any rings first!)
