Hy guys.
Looked a s40 51 registration today for a mate.
My question to that particular type of car would be as following, and hoping of some help please.
The car had a bump on the rear and the rear bumper is showing a gap of around 2 cm between the top of the bumper and the lights.
Looks like its pushed a bit down.
Is there any way to get the bumper back up to close this gap and it looks like no accident car?
Easy job to do?

I removed the rear bumper on my v40 for installing reverse sensors in but I believe it s complete
Different to the s40.

And I don't really want to remove the whole thing.
Just get it back up so it looks ok.

Thanks for any helpful hints or tips.

i would think the polystyrene absorber insert has been squashed a bit, you could probably get it back near to where it was but you will have to get the whole thing off.

i thought they were similar to the S40 - bolts inside the lower of the rear panel through access holes.

Thanks, I thought it need to come off.
On the v40 he bolts are inside accessible from the boot.
Seen a pic and looks like the s is from under the car.
