Again I visit with wild ideas.

Can get a v70 p1 2.0 10v auto for next to nouthing , it would also hold some sentimental value.

Plan , would, could be , drop a t5 lump in, still have quite a few t5 bits stored away, rad intercooler pipe work etc

Have a ecu but its for a manual tho ,

Way I'm thinking all I'd need under bonnet wise is ecu , the lump, engine wireing loom, an the other bits I have as above

Can it be done, auto box upto it?

Inspire me or not, drives good to be fair. If its a no go it will atleast be good to take my 3 Rottweilers out lol.

Another member tried this. It worked but it was a right ball-ache. If the car is ME7 (electronic throttle) you'll need to swap the whole loom and immobilizer from the other car or it won't start.

Personally, I'd go for a running T5 and mess with that.

Especially if the 2.0 has sentimental value, last thing you want to do is end up breaking it because you can't get it running right.
