Just done the front pads DIY. Bought Pagid from GSF. Fitting was a doddle, done loads before. Trouble is there is now just no "feel" to the brake pedal. The rears kick in before the fronts and only a determined shove with the right boot makes the car dip at the front. Standing on them will bring in the ABS at the front but in normal use they are just poor. Air lock in the system-bleed the system? Brakes do not cause the car to veer left or right and I refuse to believe I have knackered both pots doing the job. Thoughts?

Cheeers,
Ian

Probably take a few hundred miles for new pads to bed in to old disks.
If the brake fluid hasn't been flushed through for a few years then it worth doing, especially if spongy after the bite.

Sounds like you got a bit of air in the system
I did the same on my S70 i ended up bleeding all four calipers twice :slap: b4 performance was back to what it should be
