Buy it new from toyo sport, based in midlands, I fitted one so its got to be easy and it was about £150, bargain

At a geuss ide say it would have been the £123.99 one 2.5 universal one, looks good for the money but just remember the pipe work will be increased quite alot and that the original volvo intercooler is large and flows pretty good, what reason are you wanting to fit one also what is your budget as black beast has a few which are a drop in set up to replace your original set up

Just looking at the pic and it looks like the pipes havent got any rings round them at the end have you had any problems with them blowing off at all.

Have a look at these aswell i carnt vouch for quality but cheep enough and look good to drop in

Just looking at the pic and it looks like the pipes havent got any rings round them at the end have you had any problems with them blowing off at all.

Nothing as yet, I noticed the lack of rings so I flared the ends before fitting and I did double clip some of the pipes just incase, as for improvements, it spools up quicker but I don't know about BHP increase as its not been on RR since fitting, but as with all new bits it feels faster but that could be all in the mind.

Bloody hell, they are dirt cheap... I wonder how big the core is?

I know we just need some one to take the plunge and buy one lol they do say there is a improvement of 40% would of been much cheeper than fitting the ths one i have

I would go for direct fit less pipe work faster spool up

hey guys, cheers for the replies :) there's no budget really. was looking at kits on ebay and they where 130ish.........but have gone up 630ish :confused: so i'll check out the toyosports site :)

And certainly needed the ammount of times it used to happen to me was unreal only thing that cured it was t bolt clamps but ended up having custom pipe work made up in the end

I use t-bolt too - this is what my beader looks like & anyone is welcome to send me pipes to have them done.

Yep T bolt is the way forward
