Hi all, hope you're all keeping well.
I've just treated myself to a set of new standard headlights for my R, so can anyone recommend a good legal upgrade for the lamps? I've always thought my 850 lights were a tad wet.
Any ideas?

Cheers all. Woody

Unless you're going down the HID route, I'd go for something like Ring Xenonmax for legal brightness or cheap fleabay 100W jobs, if you want to get plod pulling you over a lot :)

Yeah I would consider the HID route too Woody, I have them fitted to the 850R and they are as good as a friends 60 Reg Titanium X Mondeo with all singing and dancing Xenon's... mine too passed the MOT with them fitted so I dont think its a issue.

there not a issue with the mot as long as there in line like you say your m8 has them in a new car and my ones are as good too and for £40 pounds you can not go wrong

I think aftermarket HID's look abit boy racer to be fair, there to blue and look out of place with old style headlights such as 850's.
