Key fob problems

The key fob makes a clicking noise when pressed but the car will not lock,
The fob has got new batteries,
Any ideas ???

Where is the reciver for the fob on the car ???

Have you tried reprograming it mate mine lost its program for some unknown reason and was fine after reprogram

Isn't there a reset procedure for these things? I think I've seen it on Matthews Volvo site.
Worth a good Google session.

It was a bit weird that I unlocked the car, drove home then wouldn`t lock :confused:
