So a weird fault has occurred, if anyone can help?

Doesn't happen all the time but now and again, when I brake the brake pedal goes soft(no braking happens), the abs and traction control light come on aswell, if you release the brake pedal and put on again the car stops ok!

Could it be an abs sensor, think I seen somewhere its a common problem if they get dirty?

I appreciate any help. Thanks guys.

mine turned out 2 be a warp disc.....as i was driving the disc would hit the pads and push the piston back, so when i was braking the pedal was feeling soft..as you press again it was ok
