It should interesting what is said about the alloy sub frame bushes and the brembo brakes

They won't give a monkeys about the solid subframe bushes or the Brembo's (providing the efficiency is ok and the fronts aren't showing significant imbalance ) if you are worried tell them it's got an LSD fitted and they will have to inertia meter test it and just about anything will pass this way !. The emissions is another matter however !

The engine only done 47k miles and with HLM remap the emission should be low

With the brenbo`s I just want to see how much better braking force I`ve got over standard.

Well she failed her MOT :frown:

On the emissions, to pass she had to below 0.3 CO and I was 0.61. so I`ll have to refit the cat and get her retested.

On a plus note the brembo brakes work
A standard 850 T5 brake force test should be 2.5 x 100kgs on the fronts and mine was 4.2 x 100kgs
So I`ve almost got twice the braking force over standard brakes.

P.S the rears where 2.0 x 100kgs so brake bias is still OK

Ah well. At least you knew in advance what she was going to fall on though eh? Is the stuff you don't expect that sticks the hardest I guess. ..

Does this mean you won't be bringing her to the ace?

Try getting some of these and a bit of tube then it's a 15 min job to fit remove.
