Pop rivet on front bumper

are the little plastic pop rivets on the arch reusable or will i need to replace them when i fit my front bumper?

If it's a plastic disk, the size of a penny, with a 4-5mm dot in the middle, they're reuseable - just push the dot in and remove the rivet. otherwise, drill them out and fit wide-skirted pop rivets.
