I had one 10 years ago, albeit a 4 door. They are very quick in a straight line, but hateful around corners. The main problem I found, was the brakes aren't up to the job, mine had solid discs all round, and the trims around the wheel arches trap water, which is why most have rusty arches. Very comfy though, and well specced.
