Heater Problems

[Tribble]

Firstly the heater blower stopped working and I noticed that the orange lights on the a/c & recirc lights on the heater control panel flash.

Is this an error code and if so can it be read with a standard reader or is it something else.

I have took the blower out and it works when connected to a power source so im thinking sensors !!!
