o2 sensor/lambda sensor

Hello all,

Got a code reading from my car, shows o2 sensor bank 1, would this be the lambda sensor before the cat?

If it is anyone has anyone any ideas on the best place to purchase one?

I have a spare from a 99 ME7 C70 if you need it - just need colour confirmation of the plug (loom is on top of the gearbox for 70 series P1). AFAIK bank 1 is pre-cat. I would wait for others to confirm - but I am pretty sure.

What Volvo is this for? This is a P1 right?

There are 2 sensors & 2 plugs for the ME7 version, coming off the loom that rises near the back of the g/b - but given the year I don't think my sensor would be appropriate.

IIRC 97 non-ME7 will have just 1 sensor?
