Hi all,

just wondering if a set of 302mm disks along with calipers, brackets and brake hoses from a 2000 model V70R would fit a T5 (not t5r) running on standard alloys (i.e. not pegs etc)

looks like the hoses are longer and the brackets hold the calipers in the right place, but will the disks themselves foul the wheels??

thanks guys

Jim

You will need the V70 16" T5 alloys as a minimiminimimum - so called "Columba's". The larger carriers will foul on perfos

see alloy wheel name thingy - http://www.volvot5.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=4482

I thought you needed 17" s to fit the 302`s as i still don`t think theres enough clearence on the 16"s but hey i could be wrong

:haha: They seem to fit alright in my 98/99 V70 16s the only problem is the space saver spare wont fit back on the front now.Oh well thats less weight rattling round in the boot.

would my 16" centaurus alloys off v70 ,also fit 302mm discs?...they are 7" wide instead of the standard 6.5" T5 alloys.

Justin... you da man, i never saw the difference!

i have the ones in the pic you posted, not the one i posted!

whats the vital difference apart from the width of the spoke at the end?

They are less chunky, slightly lighter and have flat angled lines as opposed to chunky spokes :)

Thats it mate i think.
