Mesh grille

Keep seeing mesh grilles for sale on Ebay for various Volvo models.......anybody bought one or know whether they're worth buying? I've seen a couple of Volvo V70's with them and they look pretty good.........

Each to their own, personally I think they look naff. They don't really "fit" with the Volvo - I'd go with the Egg crate grill if I were you, thats really nice!

Yeah I think you're right, egg crate looks good. Now, where do I get one from?

Volvo dealers sell them. If its a P1 V/S/70 (pre '01) just ask for a grill from the P1 XC70 model, if it s a P2 V70 ('01 and on), its the S60 grill you need. :B_steerin

They do turn up on Ebay from time to time tho', or you could try Salvo or equivalant too.

grdunn what colour is your car?I think the mesh grills look good with the dark colour cars.

I have seen the mesh grilles in both chrome and black, I'd have to see them on a car to decide which looks better.

The grilles look naff if you leave the plain IMO, just put a volvo slash onto it ;)

Does anybody know the part no. for the egg crate grille - my local dealership is being awkward!
