How much boost ????

As the title says how much boost can a standard engine safely take ???

Don't forget the 2 gearboxes - although that was due to too much left foot not boost... ;)

that was due to it jumping into nuetral on the start line, and me using cheap halfords gear oil,, i'm now using redline lightweight shockproof
