With Christmas looming, I thought it was time to think about presents for the two youngest grand kids, so bought a set of plans off ebay and made a start on number one today.
The car uses a Kitchen flip bin for the front bonnet and the boot lid, and is powered by a cordless drill.

Awesome!
You could performance tune it and buy Peachey's mobility scooter and use the motors :D
You could also have Peachey's old springs and make it an off roader (sorry Martin :) )

Fantastic idea. I bet they will love them. You could use an SDS drill and tell them it's a diesel ;)
Can't wait to see the finished cars.

Due to not getting the correct kitchen bin, I can't make the lid work as a boot, so just made it out of mdf.
