I have one that i bought from a chap on here. But when it finally arrived it looked like a sex toy made by fred Dibna? I just thought seeing as Volvo had spent the time to design it for the car, it would be the best way forward.

£35+ for the genuine rubber intercooler to metal pipe, expensive but thick. Samco Extreme, size escapes me, is a good one for metal pipe to turbo. Reason I know is I've replaced all of the original pipes that were on my car as they all got shredded at Castle Combe.
