What's the best gearbox oil i should be using generally for racing?

Redline is meant to be good, not sure what grade we should be using

Normally, 75/90 full synth is what's in the manual boxes, I dunno if there's an upgrade spec.

ive bought some redline 75w140 to put in my m56 when i fit it, as the only stuff i could find when fitting my engine was halfords part synth, i think this is half the reason the box blew its diff last weekend
