Sophie Oil Burner has a slight issue with the drivers seat.

The lumbar support dial seems to spin too freely without adjusting the support. Does anyone know if this is a common problem and an easy fix or is it a case of getting someone to strip the seat right down to repair it?

Mine does something similar - it goes tight one way but loosens and spins the other - as if it had "unscrewed"
I'll investigate at some point and let you know.
Or if you find anything out before I do, Please let me know lol.

The WHIPS brackets in my seat collapsed after i was rear ended in May. Volvo replaced the brackets and the seat inc lumbar works perfectly. Its a cheap fix at the dealer as the brackets are only £15 each. labour was one hour.

It's as thou it's not connected to the actual adjuster. Dread to think how much a specialist would charge to strip it down to check it.
