Go to this site, download FastStone Photo Resizer 1.4 and once loaded it allows you to resize pics etc for uploading to the forum. To load avaters simply highlight the pic you want, right click and choose re-size, pick custom and change the values to 80 x 80 and it will load....this is actually Redbricks thunder so i cant steal the idea, just cant find the post it was originally on!!!!
