LOL youve just answered your own question the quickest and easiest way is to drop the whole sub frame down if you havent got a lift just make sure you get the car high enough.
Off the top of my head dissconect battery, the brake hoses, split the steering knuckle, undew top brace, earth lines, undew loom, heater pipes going into the bulk head,coolant pipes, oil cooler pipes,split the cat from the exhaust, depending weather you want the suspension and wish bone etc to come with it just undew the strut bolts at the top
