No mate, there's loads left, they only seem to perform when they're red hot.

I must admit I noticed a huge difference when I put the bigger pegs on with Avons. Yeah that's fine mate, if you don't get them done in time though don't panic.

Funny you should mention Avons, I usually run Avon ZV5 and they're bloody brilliant, especially for £95 a corner!

On the subject of painting I might get you to have a look at the hub section of my brake discs for advice on the best way to paint the sections that keep rusting. Gonna grab some VHT paint before Trax because behind my dark wheels it stands out sore thumb! :-)

Been toying with the new found power. I've encountered some annoying little boost spikes, one at 3.7k rpm and a smaller one at 4.5k rpm. nothing I can't remedy with some bits 'n' bobs added to the system to smooth it all out ;)

Yes but as its a PERFORMANCE car club and as my NON-turbo'd german car still does the 1/4mile in 14.44@99mph, i'm still allowed. They let you in as you have a volvo that one day MAY (when its eventually done lol) be very fast on the 1/4mile, as your other car is just a diesel ford!! :B_thumb:

think most are getting there around 2pm, i'm off to Beaulieu beforehand so might be early or might be late depending how good the place is lol. You'll need a proper Vida/DICE system to clear the airbag light

Had a great time today, some great conversation and a fantastic 12oz square burger made even sweeter by the fact we were given some 20% off vouchers by Stribo and Relfski. Thanks for them guys. Second time now I've been to a meet and managed to see 4 'R's parked together. Great turn out in total. Big thanks to Martin for the paint work on my 17" pegs, they look fantastic. Sophie likes them too and has persuaded me to let her run them on her D5 to Trax. Met some new faces too today so all in all a great meet.
