IT Muppet - Help!

I'm trying to upload a picture of my car as an avtar, but don't know how to cut it down to 80x80 pixels as required, anybody help?

Ahhh, there lies the answer, all i've got on my pc is paint!
I'll get a photo editing package and try again.

save the pic you want to your desktop, right click on it and open with paint, go to image and the sketch/skew and reduce til it is small enough to use!!
