Meeting place/time peeps? Do we fancy meeting at a services somewhere and all heading - in as a VPC convoy? It would probably save some hassle for V8Mate if we were all in one place at one time.

Who wants A3 window posters? I'm gonna need to know what you want on there and pics etc. (obviously it will have the VPC logo as a header and will be bound by the usual copyright laws)

I'm waiting for a response from the show organisers for a time to arrive and set up because I would of thought we need to be there before 10am as that's when the public start to arrive

EVERYONE I have had a response We can get in anytime from 7:30 Sunday However we/I will be going down (fingers crossed)on Saturday to set up the gazebo and find out what we can and cannot do or put up

Just been informed by an ex show going friend I don't think they allow any vehicle movement after a certain time as there is a lot of exhibitors
So I would like it if we all could be there as early as possible

Martin I will try and take some photos, can take photos of the t5r tomorrow but the 850r isn't back till Friday. As for text there pretty much standard at the moment as I only bought them last month.
But I have had 1x t5r and in 2004 I had a s60r so I'm hoping I qualify as an enthusiast....

The organiser has just emailed me saying all cars must be in by 9:30 and owner i.e ticket holders must be with vehicle
He said sorry as he has had people try and get in for free like this in the past
