Hi.im using an 850t5 motor to power my hotrod pv544.Has anyone done a rwd conversion,I could do with some advice!Now the engine runs front to back(rather than side to side)the turbo exhaust goes forwards,what parts do i need to reverse it?(different manifold?)Any help appreciated.

Just get a custom exhaust job done to fit the existing manifold, to exit from the rear..

There are a lot of guys who have done this in sweden, putting a T5 engine in an 960 / S90. Have a look on the 'English Forum' here:

Some people to target your question at are Anders Lindholm, S90 TT, Gunnarsson, bruze, Bengaard, n brio - they all own some serious machinery. This is a particularly nice example:

They are usually very helpful and really know their stuff about the more complicated mods.

Kevin Leaper from Practical performance car mag , is doing a P1800 T5 conversion, he did sign up here too, but he isnt very active might be worth pming him.

I did bring up the concept a while ago of ' has anyone put a t5 lump/gearbox mid mounted ' as I had thought of an Ultima kit car or Ford GT40 kit......
