I've been shopping around this morning and managed to buy some genuine Volvo spark plugs for the T5 on ebay for just £25.90 including postage. I assume this is cheaper than the main stealer, given especially that it will cost me about £10 in petrol to drive to the stealers and back. If anyone wants to have a look then here's the link...

They should be here on Monday at the latest so I'll fit them and see if it clears up my rough running!
I also noticed a message this morning on the dash that said my coolant was low and 'Stop Engine'. It then went out after about 30 seconds so I've brought some coolant from Halfords today and that should sort that issue out.
