i don't think it is. You have to put the key in the lock, then press a tab on the side of the handle. Pull the key out & the lock barrel comes out with it

Well my old 850 barrel was a lot smaller than the 70 one, so kept the new lock complete, the end that turns the mechanism was different to so snapped it off so it didnt foul

oops............mine had odd locks when i got it ...........if i had to use the key to lock it i had to walk round to the passenger door.............so i decided to swap locks ........lo and behold no key for drivers door...........sharp whack with hammer.......no lock in drivers door handle...............swapped lock over now have a lock sized hole in passenger handle............luckily enough the hole is the same size as a penny................one penny, some fibreglass, filler, coat of paint.......................new handles and i can lock it from drivers side too......................happy days
