Jason in Bridgend Volvo is a qualified volvo technician, and all his other mechanics all come from a volvo dealership (GMG Ewenny, before it had its volvo plug pulled).

After GMG went, Jason kept the workshop going on his own back for a while, at their old premises, but after about 12 months his short term lease there was up. He then moved to his own premises in Bridgend industrial park (very close to the FRF vauxhall dealer). He has now been there at this location for about 2 years or so, & is allways busy there, servicing and maintaining volvos, even selling used cars from there now too. In fact he is expanding the business as he needs more room, so has bought and is converting the premises next door. There is no volvo dealership in Bridgend, but Jason has filled that gap himself.

If you call them, ask for Jason or Alison, and tell them you read about them here. They are allways willing to help, and cheaper than the dealers, with all volvo special tools, equipment and plenty of experience, so give them a try. :D

By the way, he hasn't asked me to post this, but I am taking it on myself to do this, as he is a top bloke, and all the people there are great, and I wouldnt post this if I didnt think so :D

I dont know if anyone else off here has had any work done there, but if you have, I'm sure you will agree with what I have said above.

Yea done some work for me, servicing and changed a box for me, very nice people, can only give him 9.5/10 as when i had the car back from a box change, the pipe to the boost gauge was torn. soz

Yep said it a number of times before i,ve known him for some years now whilst in the trade and since , he is a top bloke and i would say his work is 100% if he says it will be ready at end of the day then it will be ready and his prices and workmanship are better than the main stealers.He hasn't asked me to give him any praise but if he wants to give me a massive discount in the future then feel free jason. :)

Also I forgot you had been there Spesh, 9.5 out of 10 is good, though thinking of it YOU are definitely my MOST difficult customer, so Jason did have his work cut out for him when yours rolled through his doors! :D

9.5/10 aint bad mind rufe, in my book it is bloody good, lol. Well about being a difficult customer, i just dont like to see you bored!!!!
