What have I done?? Alarm question

Today I changed the complete dashboard in my 98 V70R manual, all went fine but for some reason my remote locking won't work.
Central locking works by the key only but no blinking from indicators so I assume this is a alarm problem.

Can't see that I have missed anything from the old dash.. Just hope somebody has come across this before. HELP lol

Did you plug the plugs into the speedo correctly? Take the top fascia off the dash and check the modular thing on the top of the speedo cluster.

Cheers will double check.. Sure I did tho.

Should I have kept the original receiver part on the top of the dash? I assume that's alarm related.

Do you mean the flashing light thing? Or the thing on the top of the speedo? If all seems ok, put your old bits back in.
