Fuel Flap Hinge

Morning all!
Pulled up to the Service station on Saturday to get some petrol,and the fuel flap on my T5r wouldn't open.After trying everything to unlock it,and running on fumes,had to resort to the cardinal sin of forcing the flap open,and consequently breaking the hinge!Has anyone out there got a spare?And if this were to happen again can the locking mechanism be released from somewhere?

Hi, you can manually open the flap by removing the the trim in boot on the same side as the flap.

You can get the plastic hinge from volvo at a good price.
