Main water feed to turbo Hose

Please will everyone keep a eye on this Hose, if it bursts it will empty the entire cooling system very rapidly.

It's the bottom water feed to turbo, Just been giving the Gul a Good go over and this hose was leaking.

Sorted a small boost leak out care of the bottom intercooler hose wasnt correctly done up this was leaking under pressure.

She is running spot on, Damm i love this car pmsl

Just seem's to absoluty P** out buddy that all i ment, this is the 4th 850 t5 that i've know to have suffered this failure. just thought is was worth mentioning.

A lot of the rear water hoses on the turbo's fail due to leaking oil from around the PCV heater.

Oil free this one, I've found that the jubilee clips get done up to tight and cut into the hose after a while.

Thats what happened to mine. Got back from replacing a mates gearbox in his Ford Escort (at 1am) got out the car and could hear water dripping under the car, found the turbo water hose had split, so I had to repair it there and then at 1 in the morning LOL (daily driver and had work in the morning).

For the sake of say less than £10 for a genuine Volvo pipe worth replace everyother year... Coz u would be gutted if u cooked the lump for a £10 pipe... Sound advise from merc if ya don't check be it on yr heads peeps:-/
