The Saab ones have a T25 manifold flange whereas the Volvo's use a T3 flange mate.
It's a Cheap Chinese copy too so the quality may be questionable, although some of the stuff from there is good stuff.

Afraid not mate. There are some on Ebay but double the price for the Volvo ones.
