2.3 t5 is this setup ok to run,

Yes mate, that set up should be fine. Best to stick it on the dyno though to be 100% as you may have other probs with fuelling you may not be aware of. eg fuel pump on it's way out. Have you still got the Beetle? ps don't boot it until after 3.5k to save your rods.

Is your car manual or auto, be a bit more carefull if its an auto due to the way the box can change gear (WOT gearchanges, full boost kickdown).

cheers it was fine on the std 15g so thought id had a 16g but into the stock 15g houseing , yep still in the bug,(ps its manual) , running 12.6 last time it was out ,also r32 t 4wd caddys running well too ,lol
