Fuel filler cap doesn't lock

I've just discovered the locking mechanism on my fuel filler flap has stopped working.
The bolt that goes through the flap doesn't move anymore.

Is this easy to repair?

It's a V70.

Have you tried some lubrication on it? Mine did that once and it was just seized.

Feel a bit stupid now.
I've read there is a time delay on the lock adn I'ev checked now and it's locked!

It might be worth a clean and a little 3 in 1?

2 mins after locking the deadlocks fire, 10 mins after fuel cap locks.
I'm sure I posted this a few days ago.
At least its sorted, really bothered me until I worked out it was on a timer lol
