Wrong section, I know, but has anyone seen the TWR developed S40 on eBay?

Linky (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VOLVO-S40-T4-TWR-PROTOTYPE-MODIFIED-CUSTOM-PROJECT?item=280847586899&cmd=ViewItem&_trksid=p5197.m1374&_trkparms=algo%3DPI.WATCH%26otn%3D12%26po%3DLCA%26 ps%3D63%26clkid%3D7174314990950274463)

I thought I'd post it here (as well as the relevant section) as perhaps it could be too good to miss/overlook.

Sadly it sounds like the car hasn't been taken care of. So many bits broken / "off the car". Shame.

looking at the condition of the original front bumper you can tell its not had the history such a car deserves. Considering how much it must of cost Volvo to make such a one-off i'm surprised it left their hands, thought it'd be stored in the museum

That car looks awasome in the first pics (apart from the front bumper, bit too much).

Shame it don't look so good in the newer pics.

Development cars are like Kitcars.. Holes drilled all over the place as they tray stuff then unbolt other bits.. Saw a development Lamborghini on TV a while ago and it was a shed from bolting half built rear diffusers. Screw holes where they attached timing gear and other movement sensors...proper abused!

...I'd love it for the history, but I'm saving to buy a BTCC 850...(I Wish!!!)

i think this was more a one-off publicity car than a developement car, bit like the Polestar C30R (although i've heard thats a bit rough in places)
