MBC's aren't great for solving spikes....you may find it will still spike so you will have to lower your boost level, allowing for a spike to what your max acceptable boost. Fitting an ebc would be better otherwise a map.

I'm using a Forge Unos MBC and Never had a boost spike using that, and have been using it for around a Year now, it's not joined inline with the bcs either done away with that just left it plugged in to stop the cel light.

I want to keep the bcs and use an mbc to limit it say18 psi, its got a hlm 304 map on but recently started to spike then drop, ill try a new bcs first

Why do you want to keep the bcs?

Id like to keep the stock boost curve if i can, i had an mbc and wasnt keen on the way it boosted, im getting nearly 15psi at 3k now so possibly got a faulty bcs
