Ok having a few issues with boost control, noticed at the rr day that the boost was inconsistent and has gradully got worse to the point where its hitting 10psi almost instantly around 2500-3000 rpm rising to 20 psi then dropping to 15 and gradually rising to 18psi as the revs rise, ive tried a couple of used bcs, stays the same and have bypassed it now and running off the actuator pressure, starts off at 4psi then climbs to 7-8 psi as the revs rise, is this normal? I thought it should stay around 4psi.
Main concern is the high overboost, could the actuator by faulty? And sticking, im away from any tools at the moment and cant get to check any thing, anyone had similar problems?
