V70 washer bottle

Hi,

The low water washer light is coming on every few days on our P2 V70, i top it up but it never takes much water in before it overflows the bottle. Its like theres a restriction or blockage in the filler neck...does anyone know whether there is a filter and how to access the bottle?

Easy mate. Just grab hold of the filler neck and whilst giving it a firm tug, lift it out of the washer bottle. Inside the neck is a fine mesh gauze filter which always blocks up if you fill it up with water from the local river!

Either buy a new one from the dealer (very cheap) or clean. UP to you but if its that bad i would replace it.
